Cinnamon Apple Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 small apple, diced

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional toppings: nut butter, walnuts, extra apples

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container, combine all ingredients and stir well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  3. In the morning, stir and top with your favorite extras before serving!
