Cinnamon Apple Chia Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 small apple, diced
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings: nut butter, walnuts, extra apples
Instructions:
In a jar or container, combine all ingredients and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, stir and top with your favorite extras before serving!
